The Fourth of July is only a few weeks away, so this week I’m featuring some great ideas that will have you in the mood for some patriotic decorating. Cindy over at Cloches and Lavender made these easy and adorable DIY flags. Tuck them around the house for some great patriotic farmhouse decor!
Over at Master”pieces” of My Life, MaryJo created this beautiful ribbon flag after seeing a beautiful, maybe vintage, inspirations. This looks beautiful as the centerpiece of a mantle!
Y’all know I love nautical decor in the summer and this nautical patriotic wreath created by Diane at South House Designs is one of just perfect! I love the ticking fabric bow and the mini buoys, don’t you?!
Again we have a mix of the nautical and patriotic with Debbee’s, of Debbee’s Buzz, post full of her patriotic decor ideas for both indoors and out. I love her nautical tablescape with melamine plates. You’d never guess they’re plastic!
Finally, you’re going to need some patriotic gear to wear while you’re shooting off hundreds of dollars worth of fireworks! These painted canvas shoes made by Wendy of WM Design House are the perfect kicks for the day. You might can save a few bucks on your outfit by doing this. Hey, more to spend on fireworks. Your kids will thank you!
