Easter will be here before we know it. Can you believe how fast this year is flying by? Last year before our move to the new house, I found adorable spring plates at Dollar Tree and I created some cute little Easter place settings using them.
I didn’t get the full tablescape set up since we had boxes everywhere, but I’ve been saving the photos of the impromptu place settings for this year. Hopefully I’ll find the plates and create a full tablescape. Until then, I thought I would share how to put together an adorable tablescape this Easter using these Dollar Tree place settings.

I sent the hubs to Dollar Tree for something, which I do all the time, and he came home with extras, like he does all the time. (Then he wonders why my craft room is exploding!) He got these little mini pails that came in a three pack. They were adorable, so I decided to use them in my Dollar Tree Easter place settings.
Bad news. They didn’t have any more of them in the store and there’s four of us! AGH! SO, I made three Easter pails and used a cross that they had in the store on my place setting. News for the wise- buy doubles of everything at Dollar Tree!
To keep you from wasting a bunch of moss, cut up a plastic bag or something like it and place it inside your metal pails.
I promised you a full place setting from Dollar Tree, and I keep my word! You can even have fabric napkins from Dollar Tree. I purchased pink and blue fat quarters, then cut each one in half to use on all four of our place settings. I folded them into triangles to place under the pails.
I used my Cricut and two pieces of cardstock to cut four rectangles and each of our names. When they were cut, I glued them together.
I placed my bunny placemats down first, then added my floral plates on top of them. Next went my triangle napkins, Easter pails place card holders, which held up my DIY place cards.
