This shamrock pillow is an easy Dollar Tree decoration that will take you less than five minutes to make. Can you believe that? Plus, it’s a no sew project. It seems to good to be true, but I promise it isn’t. Let me show you how it’s done!
St. Patrick’s Day shamrock pillow supplies:
- green pre-made pillow covers- I bought a set of 3 empty 16×16 pillow covers from Walmart for $6.
- galvanized metal monogram shamrock from Dollar Tree
- Beacon Quick Grip- E6000 will work, but I find that Quick Grip is so much better and dries faster.
First, iron the fold marks and any wrinkles out of the green pillowcase.
Lay the monogrammed shamrock face down on a flat surface. Squeeze Quick Grip around the shamrock. Make sure you pay careful attention to covering the outside edges well. Just don’t add too much so that it doesn’t squeeze out when you press it on the pillowcase.
Can you believe how easy this was?!
I placed my pillow in a basket next to my St. Patrick’s Day sign (made without a Cricut!), and I think it looks great. What do you think?
