It’s that time again! Time for bookbags, lunchboxes, and school supplies. My son will be heading back to school in about two weeks. Yes, we do go back to school very early down here on the Gulf Coast. Every year, I like to give his teachers a little back to school gift that’s affordable. Since you don’t know the teacher’s likes before you’ve even met her, it’s good to get something that you know they need and can use. Two years ago, the month after I started this blog, I found adorable bottles of hand soap with a cute fall “kiddie” look at Bath & Body Works. I snatched them up to use as back to school teacher’s gifts. Well today I’m sharing some brand new free printable tags that you can use on you adorable and affordable back to school teacher’s gift!
I had to update the gift tags that I shared a few years ago because I was so new to blogging and creating printables. I looked back and cringed! Not to mention that when I printed the tags, I was out of white cardstock, so I had to use a light yellow, slightly darker than cream. Blah! These bottles of hand soap are still just as adorable though!
Supplies for an affordable back to school teacher’s gift:
- white cardstock paper
- bottle of hand soap
- scissors
- baker’s twine or thin ribbon
- hole punch
- printer
- download of my printable

“Fall” Back to School
For personal use only!
This design is for personal use only, not commercial use. If you’d like to share it with friends or family, feel free to use the buttons at the end of the post to share it with them on social media or send them straight to the blog. Please don’t download this image and give it to multiple people. I’d love to have them come visit the blog! This helps me to keep these free printables, PNGs, & SVGs coming to you for free! Also, the preview image of the design has my logo overlaid on them. That will not show up on your downloaded file. It is there to keep anyone from stealing and printing them straight from Google without coming here. Thanks y’all!
I remade the same “fall” back to school gift tag in two designs and created two different colors for one of them. I think the pumpkin and leaf design would be great for teachers who teach younger grades, and the wispy leaf design would be good for older ages. They both work great for the Bath & Body Works lines of fall soaps.

“Soapin’” for a Great Year Free Printables
Justs in case you can’t find soap with leaves or a fall theme, I’ve created some cute “soapin’” printables. Again, no logo will be on your download.

Assemble the Affordable Back to School Teacher’s Gift
Print the free gift tag of your choice and cut it to size. I created the images as 3.5×5’s, so if you’d like a different size, resize before printing. Cut off the excess paper, then punch a hole in the corner. On my first bottles of hand soap, I used baker’s twine to tie the gift tag onto them, but I think I would’ve liked ribbon better. Cut a length of ribbon off and pass it through the punched hole. Tie it around the soap, and boom! You’ve got a super cute affordable back to school teacher’s gift idea!
Last year I shared a back to school gift idea of a basket of school supplies that teachers always need! You can get that free printable in this post. You can fill your basket with any supplies you’d like.
At the end of the year I also created this printable to add to a cute flowerpot. Fill the pot with flower seeds and flowers, real or paper. Hop over to that post to print this gift tag.
Another end of the year teacher’s gift idea you may like is this adorable beach gift set with free gift tags. This is also a cute gift that you can give kids at the end of the year too! Click over to that post to pin and share!
